2. Customer Satisfaction Survey-Initially as a new
client we will have a 30 day review after the first 30 days to make
sure we are on the same page. Thereafter we will contact you with a
survey every 120 days or so, to make sure the standards are still to
your satisfaction.
3. Training-Each employee is trained for 30 days
initially and on a continual basis during their employment with
Maryco.
4. Quality Control-Your facility is checked and double checked on a
regular basis to ensure cleaning concerns are kept to a minimum.
5. Cleaning Systems-Maryco has cleaning systems in place which means
every task is completed the same way as to ensure minimal cleaning
mistakes.
6. Employee Compensation Is Performance Based-All employee
compensation is performance based. They are given incentives to get
the job done correctly, instead of ordered to get the job done
correctly.
7. No Need To Purchase Cleaning Supplies-Maryco provides all of its
own cleaning supplies and equipment. This in return saves your
company in time and money.
8. Restroom Supplies-As a service to you we can retain the task of
ordering your paper products and restroom supplies. Ex: toilet
paper, hand soap. This again, in return saves your company time.
9. Uniforms-All employees wear uniforms. This makes us easy to
identify.
10. Great Communication-As our time with you increases you will find
our staff helpful, attentive and very responsive.

14. Background Checks-Each Team Member is screened
through a well known background check company. They are screened for
theft & crimes for at least 7-10 years.
15. Janitors- All work a full time job in the daytime. Everyone
works part time in the evenings and they use this job as a
supplement to their daytime income. All of them have a reason for
working for us. They want to pay off a home early or pay off a car
early. Or to even have more money so their kids can participate in
sports. A lot of our employees are professionals in the daytime such
as supervisors or accountants.
16. Professionalism-This is the main characteristic we screen for
